The development of family entrepreneurship in Russia: the development prospects and main directions of state policy

Introduction: the paper deals with the analysis of the peculiarities of the legal regulation of family entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation, the identification of current trends in this area, and the discussion of prospects for its development. Both the positive aspects of the existing legislation and possible directions for its modification to stimulate the development of family entrepreneurship are considered.
