The problem of intercultural family communication is researched from the semiotic point of view of general structure of an event and its communication processes. The author presents the family intercultural communicative space as a semiosphere that consists of different signs (verbal, nonverbal and mixed) and has its central and peripheral parts; also the author reveals the most conflict aspects of this space.
