Semiotics of simulacres from the point of view of the modern linguistic theory

The manipulation of the historical time is one of the main characteristics of the «black» PR discourse. PR specialists represent facts from a different standpoint, violating the original meaning. Changing of the context leads to converting the signs into simulacres and is highly used in the political election campaigns.
