Family life was often struggle for survival regardless of the political affiliation and social status in the pre-revolutionary period. Consequently, many couples had to overcome hardships or experienced separation and reunion. Sometimes the family, financial, ideological misunderstanding resulted in divorce and adultery, the tension between brothers and sisters, children and parents.
