The article deals with the problem of preliminary diagnostic assessment of children’s interhemispheric brain interactions disbalance. Using sensomotor reactions time is considered to offer opportunities to indicate success rate of children’s psychomotor and intellectual self-regulation at 5-6 years of age with both genders. The approach is shown in terms of interhemisphereric interactions disbalance regulation. Keywords: functional asymmetry, sensomotor activity, self-regulation, functional state, interhemispheric brain interactions, interhemispheric brain interactions disbalance.
