Sergey Hessen about Fyodor Dostoevsky: the evolution of philosophical way

The article is built around philosophical and biographical reconstruction of Sergey Hessen's ideological evolution, in which the reflections on the works of Fyodor Dostoevsky played a significant role. The fact that his essays on F. Dostoevsky were written while in emigration can be explained, on one hand, by spiritual needs of the key figures of Russian emigration, on the other hand, by the very logic of Hessen's philosophical thought.
