Service and national security Russia

The presented article is devoted to the analysis of the factors of the service from the perspective of national security issues in Russia. Also, the civilized restrictions to service in the specific environment conditions are discussed. The recommendations for civilized and specific model of the state service policy are offered. Besides, the question of particular spiritually focused way of the service development which is going beyond the consumer paradigm is put up.
