Network-centric approach in education management: solutions on the path of globalization

The review and analytical study is aimed at forming ideas about the processes in the education system through the prism of network-centric management. In the current changing conditions, the use of reliable management models capable of successfully regulating the systems of the state and municipal levels remains relevant. The development and application of new management models are associated with obstacles that arise in relation to states due to the lack of flexibility of systems, gaps in the research of modern concepts. The purpose of the article is to identify the connecting aspects between the methods of innovation management and traditional solutions in the field of general education in Russia. The general regularities of system properties are considered, pedagogical practices in combination with network-centric management methods are analyzed. The author draws attention to a new paradigm of thinking both in the field of management and with integration into certain systems. The educational environment is characterized by unique properties that contribute to the harmonious development of a person as a person. Significant decisions in the field of general education are given and the main feature of network influence on the system for leveling the consequences of globalization is revealed. The specific circumstances for generalizing the way of development of Russian education in the modern era are given. As a result, this research will allow us to form an understanding of existing approaches and management concepts that can become an effective basis for developing solutions.
