"Network distributed technopark" - foundation for digitalization of the Volgograd region

The article deals with the results of the strategic session “How can business become digital?” in Innopolis (Kazan), which was held with the direct participation of the authors. There is defined the indicator of the digital life of the Volgograd region. There is presented the model of the IT platform “Network Distributed Technopark”. There are summed up the results of the IT platform simulation with the help of the “Innovation Factory” game-based practice in the framework of digital networking in Volzhsky. There are drawn out the following steps of the IT platform implementation on the foresight “Digital Transformation of the Volgograd Region”.
