The conditions of efficient implementation of regional component of vocational guidance are revealed. On the basis of conducted analysis there is suggested the tool, providing the efficient implementation - networking subject classes, that are founded on the integration of career guidance content into advanced subject training of schoolchildren of the 5-11th forms.
