The Northern Sea Route in the XXI century: concept, structure and geographical location

In this article author, based on Russian legislation, considers the features of the legal status of the Northern sea route in the XXI century. Also author analyzes the structure and geographical features of the Northern sea route, paying attention to some of the most significant problems associated with the modern functioning of the Northern sea route, and suggests the best ways to solve them.
