The productivity of the tree-field fodder crop rotations on the irrigated arable land in the dry-steppe zone of Buryatia is studied by the author of the article. According to his data, the greatest productivity from 1 hectare of the cultivated area can be received when using crop rotations "sunflower - oats - melilot" and "corn + pea-oat mix -oats - melilot".
