The peak incidence of dogs with babesiosis occurred in the second quarter of the year, from early April to mid-June, and from mid-June to September, the activity of ixodic ticks decreased sharply. In the period from September to November, the number of registered cases of dogs with babesiosis decreased sharply. In the first quarter of 2021, the extent of invasion was 4.9%, in the second quarter - 41.9%, in the third quarter - 38.7%, in the fourth - 14.5%. The article presents treatment regimens for canine babesiosis, reviews chemotherapeutic agents against canine babesiosis, and suggests a variant of supportive therapy to restore the dog's body after recovering from babesiosis. Based on the results of the studies, the high therapeutic extensivity of the second treatment regimen for dogs with babesiosis was established, which was 100 %, compared with the first treatment regimen, where the extensivity was 83.3 %.
