On the basis of the conducted research the complex assessment of modern lines in organisation of work of specialized brigades of Medicine of accidents territorial centre depending on seasons of year is yielded. Indexes of negotiability of Astrakhan city population for emergency medical aid at prehospital stage have been calculated: are defined aged-sexual, intraannual, monthly and seasonal dynamics of negotiability of the population.
