Seasonal and special duties as instruments of regulation of foreign economic activity

In this article the authors analyzes characteristics of the legal regulation of application of seasonal duties and safeguard duties as instruments of regulation of foreign trade activity in the EvrAzES Custom union in the terms of Russia’s joining the World Trade Organization.
