The sphere of education as a research subject: conflict of approaches and specifics of cultural analysis

The paper analyzes the specifics of interpretation of the educational sphere concept and the main methodological guidelines of its research typical for such sciences as philosophy, education science and cultural studies. As the priority tasks necessary for development of the cultural theory of education, the author considers the establishment of 1) systemic morphology of education as a subsystem of culture, 2) systemic typology of various subjects of educational sphere (different by both features and volume), and 3) systemic typology of mechanisms and factors of personal enculturation.
