New generation intelligent optoelectronic sensors

Among the various sensors used, optical sensors have indisputable advantages, primarily in selectivity, reliability and service life. Smart optoelectronic devices have been developed and tested using high-efficiency LEDs for the mid-IR region. This article provides general analysis results in areas such as applications and principles of the optoelectronic method, which is considered the most effective among other sensors.
