Business school for the purpose of developing entrepreneurial competencies

The article considers the situation with the organization of the development of business competencies in the Republic of Bashkortostan. People become entrepreneurs regardless of their economic education. In order to develop business competencies, government agencies conduct various training events, however, not all entrepreneurs realize the need to participate in them and, as a result of insufficient knowledge, their business does not develop or becomes unprofitable. The proposed "Business School" is aimed to ensure business success through the development of relevant competencies of entrepreneurs, which includes topics that are necessary for entrepreneurs to know. Compulsory education at the business school will allow entrepreneurs to gain knowledge in the field of economics, marketing, taxes, legal regulation of business, which will ensure profitable business.
