The experience of forming foreign language skills and competence by means of teaching technology « the school of the dialogue between cultures» is represented in the article. Methods and techniques of this teaching technology not only develop the cognitive process of learning such as analysis, synthesis, forming of the own system of knowledge but optimize the teaching process, male it communicative. «The school of the dialogue between cultures» can be effectively used for teaching foreign languages as it teaches students to reach knowledge by personal conceptualization.
