In given clause the problem of necessity of reception by the people of new knowledge is designated. The author asserts(approves) that the formation(education) is a moral basis of behaviour and vital choice of the person, base of scientific progress of a society(community). Educational environment of school, in opinion of the author, can be space succcsesfull both schoolboy, and teacher. It will create conditions for their all-round development. It is achievable only in default from knowlege paradigm of education traditional reproductivity of character of training and transition to organization of educational process on a basis competence and activity of the approaches.
