In 350 of 7-14 year students of special school for children with severe speech and language disorders (SLD) were evaluates by means of the psychological, neurolinguistic and clinical methods. It was Longitudinal study. During 4-5 years of studying in special school most part of speech and language impairments are reduced and on the other hand communicative skills grow up. But others demonstrate regress of adaptation skills, intellectual efficiency and increasing of restlessness, aggressive behavior, mood disorders, neurotic disorders. We recognize it as the state of exacerbation. Comparative statistic analysis reveals that most often such state occurs between 9,5 and 11,5 years of life. 50 % of observed cases of decompensation occurs in this age range. Obtained data gave us reasons to develop the prevention program. The target group was the 9,5-10 age population of SLD (PPMI-program). The 2 year experience to incorporate risk subgroup of SLIC in the PPMI-program gave the positive results. The amount of decompensations significantly reduced. Intensity of psychopatological disorders is decreased.
