School communication through genre reflection of students: kindness - neutrality - aggression

The article analyzes the phenomenon of school communication in its understanding by just-out-of-school leavers. Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V.P. Astafiev was chosen as a platform for the survey, while its first-year students of linguistic majors (2015-2016 academic year) were chosen as respondents. The author makes a conclusion about such an obvious deficiency of a positive interaction (dialogue) between the teacher and the students that more than 92 % of the respondents define it as the main purpose of school education.
