School education in the period of transformation of Russian society

The organization of the educational process for young students remains an increasingly urgent task for Russian society. A new approach is needed in this matter, as there is a significant transformation of all spheres of economic and social life. For many reasons, the leading educational institution - the family does not cope with the performance of its educational function. And in the activities of the school, there is still retained staffing that could organize educational work on the principles of continuity, purposefulness and comprehensiveness. There was a period when many educational institutions, including secondary schools, refused the function of education, which, in our opinion, was a serious mistake of the state in pursuing its educational policy. Having conceded its position in the former education system, the state actually “opened the door” to crime, Western pop culture, totalitarian sects, which began to actively influence the consciousness of schoolchildren, especially in the early 1990s.
