Similarities, differences and problems in the use of firearms by police officers and private security guards (part 2)

The article analyzes the criteria for the ratio of the use of weapons by employees and guards established in the previous part of the publication. The content is revealed and a legal characteristic is given to such correlation criteria as types of weapons, the nature of the means of legal regulation of relations developing in the studied area, as well as the prohibitions in force in the field of the use of weapons. Based on the analysis, the problems arising in the studied area are identified, and their classification is developed, which is based on the goals and objectives of the activity, the process of preparing employees and security guards for actions related to the use of weapons, as well as on financial, organizational, legal and psychological aspects. In order to solve the established problems, proposals are made to amend the legislation in the studied area.
