System-synergetic approach as the activity base of a youth coordinator

The article considers the problem of methodological approaches to the activity of a youth coordinator. The most essential approaches are system and synergistic ones. They help to analyse the youth as the object of comprehensive and interdisciplinary studies, which only cumulatively can give the reliable data about it.
