Penalties for dangerous driving as a penal measure applied to road users

The article analyses the practice of imposing penalties for offenses in the field of road traffic safety (dangerous driving). The authors consider the current form of the regulations in the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, and suggest the ways of their improvement.
