Siberia in the system of Peter the Great's administrative transformations

The provincial reform of 1708 led to the significant territorial and administrative changes in Siberia. These transformations brought together management of the eastern and all-Russian regions. In the course of reform, all joined Siberian territory at that time became a part of the largest Siberian province. Thus, the administrative unity of the Siberian region was more clearly defined.
