Simulation training as the means of development of communicative competence of teacher

The urgency of development of communicative competence as the structural center of professional subjectivity of teacher is substantiated. There is analyzed the contradiction between the high significance of this competence for the successful pedagogical activity and its insufficient development in the context of traditional training models. The introduction of simulation training, its technology is successfully tested in the other professional spheres, is suggested as the efficient solution. It is shown that the simulation creates the safe educational environment for mastering the communicative skills, designing the complicated professional situations of cooperation with the subjects of the educational process.
