Simultaneous surgeries for the knee osteoarthrosis

This work deals with the results of examination and surgical treatment of 121 patients at the age of 50-76 years with gonarthrosis of II and III stages, associated with other accompanying joint diseases. There were 70 women and 51 men. The stage of the process was determined by N.S. Kosinskaya' classification. All the patients according to differentiated indications were subjected to simultaneous surgeries of different type as a result of which positive results of treatment were obtained in 96, 7% of cases.
