High species variety of synanthropic flora (797 species) in Southern Karelia is shown. It was established that a native apophyte component (302 species) preserves taxonomical, biomorphological, geographical, and ecological parameters of the boreal flora. The indices of the alien component (495 species) are similar to the parameters of the flora in southern regions.
