Research synaptic of white rats sensomotor cortex after a sharp ischemia and audiogene stressful influence is carried out. It is established, that the chronic stress after the transferred sharp ischemia of a brain is the factor promoting development of pathological neural systems in the remote postischemic period. For formation of pathological system long enough time interval of action of chronic stress from the moment of a sharp ischemia before occurrence of steady structural changes synaptoarchitectonic is necessary.
