Probiotic'S influence on condition of the first line of a small intestine mucosa'S immune protection at an irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhoea, a malabsorption syndrome and a celiac disease

The purpose of this work was to research qualitative and quantitative indicators of intestinal microflora in patients with chronic diseases of a small intestine: 36 with an irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhoea, 35 with a malabsorption syndrome, 38 with a celiac disease (109 patient). Also the occurrence and the expressiveness of a small intestinal bacterial overgrowth were researched at these diseases (83 patients). As a result of researching the patients with different diseases of a small intestine deep changes in intestinal microbiocenosis were marked at all forms, which were combinated with a small intestinal bacterial overgrowth at most of patients.
