The article provides some information on emotional «burnout» phenomenon as a measure of vocational maladjustment of teachers. The article deals with specific characters of the given syndrome. Factors playing significant role in emotional «burnout» are represented there. Some ways of emotional «burnout» coping were suggested in the article.
