Emotional burnout syndrome of the medical staff of the children's dental department.

The article assesses the features of the syndrome of professional burnout of medical workers of children's dental Department. The study is based on the results of a survey by the method of V. V. Boyko of medical personnel of a dental children's medical and preventive institution. In the course of the work it was found out that the syndrome of professional burnout is present in most employees, but the largest number of persons with this syndrome was found among doctors. One of the predominant symptoms of professional burnout in doctors were "cornered", "anxiety and depression", emotional deficiency". In nurses, however, the following symptoms prevailed:" reduction of professional duties","expansion of the sphere of saving emotions".
