Professional burnout syndrome in the professional activity of a specialist

This article raises the problem that has become more acute during the pandemic, the employee burnout syndrome, which is common in a number of Russian companies and abroad, leading to a decline not only in the professional competencies of specialists, but also to a decline in the finances of many organizations. The authors analyzed the causal relationship of this syndrome. prevention measures in European companies and approaches to solving the problem in domestic companies are considered.
