Syndrome of systemic inflammatory reaction at various forms of acute cholecystite

The article is devoted to the problem of the systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) and therapeutic tactics in various forms of acute cholecystitis. The analysis of clinical and laboratory data on two groups, divided by the duration of preservation of the systemic inflammatory reaction, is given. Criteria are determined that help differentiate the compensated and decompensated character of the systemic inflammatory reaction syndrome (SIRS) by the duration of its preservation. The main features of the course of SIRS with various forms of acute and chronic cholecystitis are revealed.
