The relevance of the problem of cholestasis and cytolysis syndrome in hepatic pathology is determined by the difficulties of diagnosis, identification of the primary mechanism of disease development and selection of the optimal treatment strategy. The study presents analyses of patients with various liver diseases, such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), Gilbert's syndrome, viral hepatitis B and biliary gall bladder sludge (GI). The study is aimed at studying the biochemical parameters in these groups of patients in order to identify the features of cholestasis and cytolysis syndrome in the context of various liver diseases.
