Synergetic and heutagogical approaches, connectivism and humanistic psychology in modern postgraduate education and personality development

The article actualizes the problem of developing modern foundations of pedagogy and psychology of postgraduate education aimed at the development of personality during life. The provisions of synergetics and heutagogics, connectivism and humanistic psychology included in the educational course “Synergetics and eutagogics for personal self-development” are considered. The approaches to training are presented, including theory and practical tools for personal self-development: coaching technologies, storytelling, projective methods.
