Synergetic effect in the model of improvement of the infrastructure development of agricultural security in the form of the territory of the leading socio-economic development

In the article in the model of improving the infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex development in the form of a territory of advanced socio-economic development, it is proposed to consider the synergistic effects of: the effect of information flow and the formation of competences in the territory of advanced socio-economic development and in the municipality; the effect of reducing transaction costs as a result of the concentration of a part of the functions of managing infrastructure development; the effect of the increment of cash flows due to the addition of cash flows of organizations of the agro-industrial complex and the infrastructure for its maintenance; the effect of sharing infrastructure facilities.
