Synergy of state regulation and civic engagement in ensuring the information security of children

The article considers the necessity and possibility of consolidating the state-legal regulation and the activities of participants in civic activism in the direction of ensuring the protection of children from harmful information. The potential of civil society and its border institutions is not in demand by the system of ensuring the information security of children in Russia. The limits of state legal regulation arising from the morphological inconsistency of the algorithm of state response to interactions in the public information space indicate the need to attract the resources of subjects interested in the safety of children on the one hand, and on the other – not bound by the framework of the bureaucratic mechanism
