Syncretic dissonance of the political order of modern Russia

The article for the first time in the Russian historical and legal science deals with the problems of syncretic dissonance of the political order of modern Russia. The author on the basis of the system analysis concludes that the political and legal contradictions of law and order are inherent not only in the nature of politics, but also in the syncretic structure of the Constitution of the Russian Federation of 1993. To overcome the growing chaos and lawlessness is possible under condition of humanization and socialization of the legal and economic system of modern Russia.
