2-С-methyl-d-erythrit-2,4-cyclopyrophosphate producing process by various coryneform bacteria strain was carried out. The most effective 2-Cmethyl-D-erhythrit-2,4-cyclopyrophosphate producer strain was established. The product yield was determined. Quantitative assesment of phosphates contained in cell extract was performed by ion-exchange chromatography of cells cultivated in presence of redox-mediator. The producer - strain can be used for obtaining MEC prepsrstion for needs of pharmaceutical biotechnology.
