Synthesis and study of the properties of substituted phenylazorhodanine

The paper considers the synthesis of substituted phenylazorhodanine containing a sulfamide group in the benzene fragment. The method and conditions of its synthesis are given, a number of physicochemical properties are studied. The structure of the compound under consideration is studied using electronic and infrared spectroscopy data, as well as the results of quantum chemical calculations. Screening of the biological activity spectrum is carried out using digital technologies. The results obtained in the work can be used in the study of other rhodanine derivatives.
