Synthesis of hierarchical and heterarchical systems of industry 4.0 economic management by instruments of intrasystem transitions

The article deals with the problem of synthesizing hierarchical and heterarchical structures of economic management systems by production business that carries out high- tech activities in the industrial sector of Industry 4.0 economy. We have studied the technology of synthesis, which is based on intrasystem transitions in the internal states of control systems relevant for economic production systems of different orders. The structure of the economic management system is positioned as closed one with two subcircuits - virtual and physical. The virtual subcircuit is represented by artificial intelligence computing resources and has a heterarchical circuit implementation. The physical subcircuit is formed by hierarchically organized managers who are in social relations. The joint work of natural and artificial intelligence constitutes a cyber-physical mechanism of economic management, bringing (and subsequently supporting by means of regulation) business to an equilibrium state. We have presented the scheme of the system of economic business management, involving human resources and humanoid artificial intelligence.
