Art synthesis as a principle of forming a harmonious space: ways to preserve the uniqueness of the architectural face of Crimean cities

This article deals with the problem of the formation and development of the architectural space of the Crimean cities. The architectural appearance of the Crimean cities is analyzed in the context of art synthesis. The definition of the “historical city” phenomenon in the context of complex socio-cultural changes is given. Cities of the Crimean Peninsula as a single socio-cultural, holistic and organized structure, go through different stages of their development. In this context, the cultural and historical aspect of the formation of the architectural appearance inCrimean cities.In the urban environment, a combination of the construction of various eras, styles and trends, types of art is visible. The synthesis of art plays a huge role in the formation of a coherent, harmonious and unique architectural appearance of the Crimean cities.
