Systhesis, structure and properties of thriple molibdates CsRZr0.5 (MoO4)3, R = trivalent metals

The Cs2MoO4-R2(MoO4)3-Zr(MoO4)2 (R- Al, Cr, Fe, In, Sc, Bi) systems investigated in subsolidus region by X-ray diffraction method (diffractometers: STOE STADI P (Mo-Ka1- radiation), ADVANCE D8 (Cu-Ka1-radiation)). Quasibinary cuts are revealed and the triangulation is carried out. The triple molibdates at molar ratio of 1:1:1 are received. The compounds Cs(RZr0.5)(MoO4)3 with R = Al, Ga, In, Sc, Cr, Fe were synthesized by solid state reaction on the air and in vacuum (for Cs(VZr0.5)(MoO4)3). A flux melt crystallization at spontaneous nucleation brings up crystals of triples molibdates Cs(RZr0.5)(MoO4)3 (R=Al, Fe). These molybdates crystallizes in the trigonal syngony with space group R 3.
