Adaptation plays a huge role in the personnel management system in service organizations. But, despite this, many companies pay insufficient attention to the development of the adaptation system, which can lead to a decrease in productivity, slow adaptation of an employee to working conditions, or, in extreme cases, to his dismissal. With the correct construction of the adaptation system, beginners will be able to avoid problems with their training and information. For a fast and effective onboarding process, companies need to educate newcomers about their roles and contributions to the strategic goals of the organization, and emphasize the development of organizational culture. The presence of the developed personnel adaptation programs will allow the company, when entering the market, to position itself as a stable and developing organization.
