The problem of the development of the personnel adaptation system in the organizations of the service sector is especially urgent. The article examines the process of adaptation of employees, analyzes the influence of the motivation of newcomers on the adaptation process. By developing a system of motivation, employees at the initial stages of adaptation can be motivated to quickly adapt to working conditions and to an already formed team, as well as to increase their productivity and professional development.
