Automatic control systems of yarn evenness on OE rotor spinning machines

The scheme of modernization of OE rotor spinning machine is developed, which allows to increase the quality of blended cotton-linen yarn. This system is integrated into spinning box. It was tested at OJSC “Grоnitex”. The newly adjusted sensor detects the change of thread's thickness of more then 50 % if the length of defected section exceeds 5 cm. While working out the test batch, the measuring converter allowed to find out all defects of this kind.
