Digital professional retraining system as a factor of minimizing the risks of human resource management

The article deals with the problem of human resource management in the context of modernization of the education system in the digital economy. The risks of reducing professional competencies in the process of work in a changing technological order are identified. It is proposed to develop a reduction in the risk of insufficiency of professional competencies in the process of work using a number of new models. The proposed models imply an individualized system for improving professional competencies through the introduction of digital platforms into real production processes, the formation of new knowledge and competencies.
